Delivery time information
The exact delivery time for your order will be displayed in the shopping basket when ordering online and will be communicated to you personally by our staff when ordering by telephone. If you have provided us with your e-mail address when placing your order, we will also send you an order confirmation/order confirmation in which you will once again receive confirmation of the delivery time.
Delays
If some items are not available at short notice or the promised delivery time is delayed, we will inform you accordingly.
Partial deliveries
If the delay is too long, we will automatically split the shipment, i.e. you will receive the deliverable items and the delayed items will follow with a separate delivery. If we have your e-mail address, we will inform you with a delivery confirmation that your order has been sent out in several packages.
Logistics partner
The ordered items are packed by us as quickly as possible and handed over to DPD ready for dispatch. If there are larger volumes, the items will be palletised and handed over to an external transport company.
Please note that we have no influence on delays caused by our logistics partners.

All parcels have a tracking number. If you have any questions about the delivery time, you can contact us at any time.
Notes on battery disposal
Batteries and rechargeable batteries are marked with the following symbol and must never be disposed of in household waste.
The symbol with the crossed-out garbage can indicates that the batteries must not be disposed of in household waste. The abbreviations shown have the following meaning:
Pb = Battery contains more than 0.004 percent lead by mass.
Cd = battery contains more than 0.002 mass percent cadmium
Hg = battery contains more than 0.0005 mass percent mercury
As an end user, you are legally obligated to return used batteries. You can return the used batteries to collection points of the municipal recycling centers / Schadstoffmobile. Used batteries, which we carry or have carried as new batteries in our range, can be returned to us free of charge. The return shipment must be sufficiently stamped. Defective batteries may not be returned.
